It is perfectly acceptable to measure the work done before it’s actually done. But i just can’t get data. So how should I supply my data? I was considering doing this when researching an EQI application, and even if it worked…. would there be any time right now to get this done? How would a candidate provide data and type of work to the actual candidate? I’d like to understand why these two kinds of relationships are not equally valuable.
