It serves to support the ongoing effort to use evidence-based literature to find true organizations leaders. After many thousands of evaluations and interviews, the last thing we thought of was writing lots of papers. But by now, you know how to do it. Becomes a core leadership class The idea started with a 2002 paper in Harvard Business School titled, Understanding Collaborative Organizational Psychology.
