They have changed to use many of the FIS systems and have been replaced by the “C” as the last. What went wrong? Is this the ideal solution for the situation you described? I never did. Not my entire career, but I got the initial training in Cognitive Psychology and did focus on different concepts related to testing and assessment evaluation problems. Once they were applied, I was ready to set up the entire system, but had to develop numerous changes and add more resources when they came. My philosophy is that I get to learn a craft that is useful without getting stuck on a problem. My main tools include tests, computer programs, etc. but I didn’t get stuck on any kind of concept. As my years of attending and training have gone on I haven’t found a form of employment that suits me better than my existing C-FIS system. So far I am using one of the “rabbit hole” type jobstations in a regional location in California. The project is rather simple. I do a few tasks at the level of a computer lab, which may be about that specific role. The work tasks are up to the degree of the administrator at the time, and also some new and up to the skill level of the level.
